Situated in the heart of the exclusive area of Belgravia, this 1830-1850’s mews property is currently arranged over three floors. Under the development proposals, the existing part basement will be lowered and extended to cover the full width and length of the plot and converted into habitable space. Works also include the replacement of the upper timber floor plates and reconfiguration of the internal partitions.
The floor structures have been designed so that the internal partitions are non-load bearing meaning the room layouts can be adapated with ease in the future.
