The project consists of the extensive refurbishment of the existing infill property including the creation of new openings, removal of existing walls and rearrangement of the internal layouts. A mezzanine level will be constructed to provide an additional bedroom and the pavement vaults are being lowered to be used as a dressing room and en-suite.
