The redevelopment of this office building includes the construction of a new four storey residential block to the side of the office building, mirroring the style of the existing side wing. And conversion of the existing unused pitched roof space into an additional level of office space. We were able to design the new strucutre for the office so that the majority of the roof could be retained during construction, saving both cost and time, not to mention keeping the office workers dry below.
