This project involves the construction of two separate extensions to the existing property. The first being a two-storey extension in the style of the existing house but with a modern double-height square cantilever bay window. The second is a modern flat-roofed stone clad single storey extension which includes a column-free corner to allow for slimline glazing uninterrupted by structure. The existing ground floor walls are being removed adjacent to this space to create a larger living area.
