ST ALBANS, HERTFORDSHIRE
This new build house will be constructed in accordance with the Passivhaus principals where insulation and air tightness are key. The three storey building includes generous open plan living spaces and rooms in the roof. The step in of the façade and long spans have made for a challenging structural design.
