The renovations to this ground floor apartment within a seven storey mansion block centred around the temporary and permanent works design for forming a new opening between the existing lounge and bedroom.
Similar alterations had been made to apartments above, but these used two columns which broke up the flow of the newly created single room. The client wanted to improve on this, and we were able to meet their expectations by providing a design which did not require central columns, allowing for what will be a luxurious open plan living space.
