This two-storey, new-build, detached residential property can be thought of in plan as three rectangular bays staggered next to one another, the central bay will be formed using a grand green oak frame constructed using traditional carpentry techniques and either side the structure will consist of load bearing masonry walls supporting timber joist floors. On the rear elevation, to the end of each bay will be oak framed balconies accessed from the first floor bedrooms.
