The project consists of the construction of a new single storey infill extension and knocking through the existing elevation to create an open plan living space, along with a number of alterations to internal partition locations to rationalise the current room layouts.
We were able to use the proposed level of windows to allow for the flat roof structure to cantilever past the facade creating a canopy around the edge of the building.
